How to send a voice memo from the Voice Memos app
Open Voice Memos and tap the recording you want to share
Choose your sharing method — Messages, Mail, AirDrop, etc.
The recording is sent as an M4A audio file
Send a transcript instead of an audio file
If the recipient prefers text, import your voice memo into Talk2Memo first. The app transcribes it and you can share the text transcript instead. This is useful for team members who can't listen to audio or need a searchable record.
