Each recording in your list shows a status badge. Here is what each one means:
Processing: The audio has been uploaded and is being transcribed. The list updates automatically — no need to refresh. Processing takes roughly 20–60% of the recording's duration.
Summarised: Transcription is complete. The final transcript, speaker labels, and AI summary are all ready. Tap the recording to view it.
Pending: You are offline. The audio is safely saved on your device. Do not log out or clear browser data. The app will upload automatically when you reconnect.
Error: Something went wrong. If the upload failed, you'll see a "Tap to retry" option. If transcription failed, please contact support.
