Talk2Memo can record audio even when you have no internet connection. The audio is saved locally and uploaded automatically when connectivity is restored.
How offline recording works
Start a recording as normal — the app detects you are offline.
The live transcript will not appear (it requires a connection), but recording continues normally.
When you stop recording, the audio is saved to your device.
The recording appears in your list with a Pending status.
Once you reconnect, the app automatically uploads the audio and begins transcription.
Important: Do not log out, clear your browser data, or uninstall the app while a recording is in Pending status. Doing so will permanently delete the unsaved audio.
