You can export any completed transcript in multiple formats for use in other apps, archiving, or sharing with colleagues.
Available formats
TXT: Plain text, available on all plans including Free.
PDF: Formatted document with speaker labels and timestamps (Personal plan and above).
Markdown: Structured text for use in note-taking apps like Notion or Obsidian (Personal plan and above).
How to export
Open a completed recording, tap the Export button (download icon) in the top-right corner, and select your preferred format. The file will download to your device.
